3.1 Enquiries and appointments

In the course of providing notarial services, we are required to collect and hold: copies of identity documents (passport, national identity card); details of documents presented for notarisation; and records of notarial acts performed, as required by the Notaries Practice Rules 2014.

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics software. Standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security purposes. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors and are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

We are required to retain records of notarial acts for a minimum period as prescribed by the Notaries Practice Rules. Client files and correspondence are retained for a period of seven years following the conclusion of the matter, unless a longer period is required by law or regulation.
Enquiry correspondence from non-clients is retained for a maximum of two years.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Personal data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- With the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) for the purpose of obtaining an Apostille
